Will the mattress protector protect me against dust mites?
Yes, the mattress protector will protect you against dust mite allergens, as Slumberfy has engineered fabrics that do not allow the dust mites to pass through. These mites are often the cause of asthma and allergies. The size of the mites are larger than the pores in our waterproof, yet breathable protectors.
Will the mattress protector protect my mattress from stains?
Yes, the Slumberfy protectors are designed not to let liquid penetrate through the mattress protector, therefore, they will protect your mattress from getting stained.
Which side should be visible when I place it on my mattress?
The soft, material side of the protectors should be on top. The smooth, shiny surface should be underneath and placed touching the mattress.
Can I use an electric blanket with my mattress protector?
Yes. Simply layer your mattress protector over the electric blanket, protecting it from spills and stains, along with your mattress. Always check your electric blanket manufacturer instructions.
What do I do if I spill something on my mattress protector?
Slumberfy offers a wide variety of mattress protectors and mattress pads, all of which require a different type of cleaning. If you spilled on your Slumberfy product, please refer to the washing instruction tag on your product to learn how to wash it correctly.

What size mattresses do Slumberfy products fit on?
Slumberfy makes mattress protectors and pads for all size mattresses including Twin, Twin XL, Full, Queen, King, and California king.
WARRANTY CONDITIONS
- The product must be laundered in accordance with the washing instructions that are attached to the product.
- The product cannot show any fire damage.
- The product must show normal wear and tear. Damage from sharp utensils such as knives, scissors or the like will void the product warranty.
- Although we are pet lovers ourselves, the product cannot show damage from a pet’s jaws or paws.
- The product must be purchased at a Slumberfy authorized retailer. If the product was purchased on Amazon you must make sure that the seller’s name was “Slumberfy.”

I have entered an incorrect address what do I do now?
If you have miss-spelled or auto-filled in an incorrect address, kindly notify us via email at support@slumberfy.com. If the given address is wrong we can change the address to the correct one as long as the order did not ship.
When will my order ship?
We try our best to ship items as fast as we can. Orders typically leave our warehouse within 48 hours of placing the order.
Tracking numbers may be sent 3-5 days after your order has been shipped. Many times you will receive the tracking number sooner. If you don't have a tracking number after 7 business please email us at support@slumberfy.com
